    The Quartz Reef Methode Traditionnelle Rosé is a wine of distinction, made in the traditional method of Champagne to achieve elegance and finesse. Hand picked in ideal conditions. Bottle fermented and aged on lees for a minimum of 18 months. Riddled and disgorged by hand.

  • A romantic bouquet of strawberry sherbet and rose petal followed by delicate ruby grapefruit and a hint of shortbread. Enhanced by lush pinot notes, a creamy acidity and a touch of spice, in the finish. Vibrant with an alluring length, focus and clarity.
