Bright ruby red. A spicy aroma with hints of vanilla, licorice, cocoa powder accompanied by ripe red fruits. The taste is dry, with elegant tannins and a warm lingering finish.

Fabrizio Forconi, winemaker and owner of Podere dell’Anselmo is continuing the viticultural tradition of the Forconi family, who have been working the vineyards of this estate in Montespertoli Florence since the beginning of the 19th century. All cultivation follows the methods of sustainable agriculture and bio-dynamic farming. In the cellar, modern equipment and expert hands complete the process of vinification and maturation which aims at exalting the typical characteristics of each indigenous grape variety.
