    Dario Cecchini Antica Macelleria Cecchini, Panzano in Chianti

    A very special Senape (Italian for mustard) from the Master Butcher of Panzano. This is a sweet and sour mustard that really packs a punch. Dario uses a little sugar, apple cider vinegar, and flour to create a sweet and spicy condiment that marries the flavors of traditional yellow mustard and the mostarda more commonly found in Tuscany.

    Ingredients: wheat flour type 00, sugar, apple cider vinegar, mustard powder, sea salt.

  • This mustard goes well with beef or pork dishes, burgers, roasted or boiled meats. Stir it into a dressing, add it to a panini, add a dash to your homemade salad dressing. Set some out along side cheese and charcuterie.
