Colle Bereto’s history which dates back to the 11th century and then transformed to new life in the 1970’s today finds its origins in simple and authentic values of love for the family and for the territory, values that accompany them always. Located in the heart of Radda in Chianti it is a magical place that has succeeded over thirty years ago to fascinate the Pinzauti family who chose it as the ideal place to start their wine adventure. Only manual work and respect for nature and certified organic farming methods are used. For a good wine three things are indispensable: a good season, good soil, and someone who, with passion, manages to treat everything in an exceptional way, both at the vineyard level and in the cellar. -
"Colle È" "It's Rosé" is Colle Bereto's newest wine. It is produced with a very short maceration, just over one night at a very low temperature to preserve the aromas and freshness of the fruit. Pale pink in color, with aromas of fresh fruit such as citrus, wild berries, peach, and almond with a hint of wet stone minerality. These flavor profiles are also found in the taste which is elegant, with good acidity and minerality.
