Le Filigare is the name of the hill, in San Donato in Poggio where the estate is located; The main village dates back to the 11th century. Today the estate is owned by the Cassetti Burchi family of Florence who, since the 1980s, continue to produce high quality wines with dedication and passion. The family business is led by his son Alessandro, who, since the 1990s, oversaw the renovation of the buildings and brought the wines and extra virgin olive oil to organic certification. -
Clear ruby red; floral, fruity and intense on the nose: violet, Marasca cherry and cassis followed by spicy aromas ending on balsamic notes. The attack on the palate is fresh and fruity with elegant tannins; well - balanced, with a long finish recalling the fruity sensations.
