Le Filigare is the name of the hill, in San Donato in Poggio where the estate is located; The main village dates back to the 11th century. Today the estate is owned by the Cassetti Burchi family of Florence who, since the 1980s, continue to produce high quality wines with dedication and passion. The family business is led by his son Alessandro, who, since the 1990s, oversaw the renovation of the buildings and brought the wines and extra virgin olive oil to organic certification.

Light ruby red with aromas of violet, red berries and raspberry. Dry flavor with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. A fresh and fragrant traditional wine with an elevated territorial character.
