    The Castle of Monterinaldi settlement, in the commune of Radda in Chianti, in the heart of the oldest historical area of the Chianti Classico, is situated near an ancient Etruscan route. Eighteen single Vineyards, 38 terroirs, 55 hectares, as self contained as a turtle: Sangiovese of different clones, Canaiolo, Colorino, Malvasia Nera, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Gamay, Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cabernet-Franc, Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano, Chardonnay. Monterinaldi today is an estate in conversion to the organic management which will become organic certified from 2017 vintage.

  • This sweet-and-sour condiment, well balanced and slightly matured, has acquired the typical flavors and perfumes of Oak and Chestnut woods. Thanks to its creamy consistency, this product is very versatile and suitable for multiple uses and combinations. Its acidity is a minimum of 6% as required by the PGI regulation.

    Ready to use as is, over grilled or barbecued vegetables, smoked salmon, canapés, caviar, pasta, pizza, risotto, fish, boiled, roast or grilled meat, cheese, pancakes, puddings, ice-cream, strawberries, dark chocolate and at the end of a meal as a digestif.
